But life took a few wrong turns and brought them to the street

Applicant must be:

1) an adult up to age 50 (max)

2) of able body and mind

note: AVTA program is open to any gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity

AVTA program is designed to operate with funding from provincial government
